Our work here is not just about symptom relief, but remembering who you are in relationship to community and place.
Play is a huge piece of my life as a human and clinician, we may use myth, expressive arts, or joy for your journey.

Teens, $200
Being a teen is a lot. Therapy can be a space to slow down, feel seen, and make sense of what’s going on—without pressure to have it all figured out.
I offer one-on-one sessions where you can show up as you are. We can talk, create, move, or just be quiet together. Whatever you’re carrying—stress, identity questions, school, family, relationships—you don’t have to hold it alone.
My clinical background is working with teens using expressive arts, tarot, or finding an authentic way to talk and give them space to explore.
Groups, $50-$80
This is the heart of my practice. Witnessing ourselves in others, growing within a community, and being known is a powerful thing.
I currently run an ecology based group for trans, non-binary and gender expansive adults in Los Angeles.
