Calling all trans, non-binary, two-spirit, genderqueer, fluid, and gnc friends!

Are you searching for belonging? Are you unsure of how the natural world relates to you? Do you already have a nature practice and seek community?

You are invited to a 90-minute in-person workshop geared towards sensitive folx searching for connection, looking to decrease depression and anxiety, and find community.

We’ll practice an ecopsychology meditation rooted in community, mycelium, and relationship. Following we’ll hold a gentle discussion to share our findings, deepen our connections, and shed old stories.
